I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support of our school athletic programs. Because of your consistent dedication, your daughter is able to proudly represent Saint Joseph High School in the sport of her choice.
The following is a clarification of the “Transportation Policy” for our students involved in athletics.
Athletic Contest Off-Campus School Days
When bus/excursions transportation is provided, all athletes must ride the bus/excursions to and from athletic contest. Parents/Guardians who wish to transport their daughter from an off campus athletic contest must submit a release form to the athletic department. Your daughter’s coaches must have a copy of this release form in order to confirm the safety of each student. The Athletic Department will be the only ones allowed to release students with the appropriate forms unless there is an emergency. Students that do not have a release form must ride in the bus/excursion back to SJHS. Coaches are required to remain on campus until every student is picked up. It is imperative that you pick up your daughter when she returns to school.
Athletic Contest Off-Campus-Non-School Days
Our athletic teams participate in weekend or holiday tournaments. Students are required to provide their own transportation to and from these athletic contests. Under special circumstances, SJHS will provide transportation to and from weekend/holiday tournaments. If a bus/excursion is provided the “Off Campus School Day” policy will be in effect.

The following forms are found on the Saint Joseph High School website. These forms must be signed and turned into the Athletic Office before your daughter can participate in any athletic event or practice.
