WORLD LANGUAGES
The World Languages Department subscribes to the philosophy of the school as stated in the Saint Joseph High School Handbook, i.e. our students have the dual responsibilities of exemplifying Christian values and attitudes while functioning in a multicultural society. The department believes that the study of a second language makes a significant contribution to a liberal arts education by enriching the individual through a greater understanding, appreciation and ability to communicate within diverse cultures.
