Service Hours
Our Christian responsibility is to aid those less fortunate than we are. our call is to serve others and to model the actions of Christ. The students of St. Joseph High School are encouraged as part of their religion class grade to further their religious education by performing service hours in the community. Since the service hours are part of a students grade, a commitment form and an evaluation form must be completed and signed by the supervisor coordinating the volunteer hours. Any forgery or fabrication of required information will result in disciplinary action.

By the second half of the first semester, all students are required to have completed half of their service hours. Christian service hours count as 10 percent of a students grade each semester.
