Tuition and Fees

Timely collection of tuition is a necessity and an obligation of parents/guardians. If tuition is not current, students will be held from taking their final exams each semester. Seniors failing to meet all financial obligations will not receive their diplomas nor will their transcripts be forwarded to the colleges. Meeting the financial responsibility entitles students to participate in all aspects of school life. Only students whose tuition is current will be able to take final exams, purchase homecoming bids, prom bids, Grad Nite passes or participate in school sponsored excursions or activities.

Students may also be asked to withdraw from school at semester. If a family does not fulfill all school financial obligations and volunteer hour obligations for the year, the school reserves the right to decline re-registration of that student for the following year.

All financial obligations must be cleared the week before each semester final exams. Students whose accounts are not cleared may not come to school during final exam week unless tuition has been cleared. Clearance includes any late charges incurred for delinquent tuition payments. Students who accounts are not cleared during exam week may not make up missed exams, but may return to complete remaining exams.

No personal checks will be accepted or any outstanding financial obligations—whether for tuition hold list or for other fees due.

Finance Office Hours—each school day: 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
