Senior Fee Policy
After May 1st. all due senior fees must be paid by cash only.
SMART Tuition
Please refer to the Smart Tuition manual for further payment obligations and schedule. Smart Tuition brochures are available from the finance office.
Dates Due/Late Charges
After July l4th all tuition payments must be sent to Smart Tuition by the due date. The $50.00 late fee will not be waived. Payments cannot be accepted at SJHS.
Charge for returned checks: $25.00--If two checks have been returned, all further financial obligations must be paid with cash, money order or cashier's check.
There will be a late fee of $75 for volunteer hours submitted after the specified due date.
Institutional Advancement Team and Fundraising
The Saint Joseph High School Institutional Advancement Program consists of a variety of activities to raise community awareness and participation in SJHS. Various funds include the Scholarship Fund, the Building Fund and the Endowment Fund. The Pledge Program, which allows families to make a tax-deductible contribution to SJHS’s future, is a commitment made by each family. Any questions regarding the program or the school's Master Building Plan should be directed to the Institutional Advancement Office.
Saint Joseph High School is tuition dependent. Tuition does not cover the entire cost of education of students. Fundraising and Institutional Advancement Office efforts make up the remainder of income needed to cover the cost of educating each student.
Required Fundraising
Certain fundraising is mandatory. The following are annual, mandatory and non-refundable fundraising activities and/or fees due at Registration:

Institutional Advancement Board
The Institutional Advancement Board (IAB) is a group of former parents and alumnae who serve in an advisory capacity to the principal and her administration on matters of financial planning and capital improvements.
