Welcome to another exciting school year of quality Catholic education in the CSJ tradition.

Saint Joseph High School is a unique high school because of its parental involvement, its caring faculty and staff and its students who truly embody their school's motto of love, hope and zeal.

When the Sisters of Saint Joseph of Carondelet founded our school, their vision was to establish a high school that would challenge young women to develop and excel beyond their perceived potential and to develop that potential in a spirit of "excellence tempered by gentleness, peace, and joy" (CSJ Constitution). Over the years, young women at Saint Joseph High School have been transformed from adolescents working to discover "who they are" and "how they fit in," to young adult women who are prepared to face the intellectual and social challenges of a modern world. Our goal is to challenge the mind, and cultivate the spirit of each young woman.

It is with great pride that I, a product of Saint Joseph High School, pass on the forty year legacy of intellectual and social preparation and growth to the over 800 young women who are our students, our hope for tomorrow. It is in the spirit of the charism of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet, a spirit of unity and reconciliation and service to the dear neighbor, that I welcome you to our SJHS family.
